Customer Service in Aveiro (French Speaker)

As a key member of the customer support department, you will be the voice of the company, ensuring that the French-speaking customers receive the best possible experience.

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service will be:

  • Advise customers and accompany them by telephone in their use of the product, both by answering incoming requests and by calling them proactively

  • Train customers in the use of the services by phone

  • Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received by email Advise and answer the client's questions about the product

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You are a native French speaker with an advanced level of English

  • You are holding a valid work permit for Portugal

  • You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills

  • Experience in Customer Service is a big advantage

What's in it for you? 

  • A full-time job, 40 hours a week in office

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Rotational shifts)

  • Salary: 890€ gross/ month base salary (14 times per year) + 140€ performance bonus gross/month (12 times per year) 

  • A paid and recognized training 

  • Meal allowance of 7.23€ per workday 

  • If you live outside Portugal: reimbursement (up to 400€) of the initial flight ticket after 6 months within the company + 6 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
