- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and refine market entry & expansion strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager in Spain.
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders via networking events, industry conferences, and digital platforms.
- Manage the entire sales cycle: initial calls, client visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Build strong relationships with a network of trusted workshops, garages, and dealerships.
- Understand client needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships to enhance customer retention and upselling opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or consulting, with a strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Knowledge of financial technology (FinTech), payment processing, or digital banking is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, especially in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while maintaining a strategic, results-driven approach.
