What does your day as a Technical Advisor look like?

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to clients, creating exceptional value, and resolving issues to ensure consistent service quality.

Your tasks include:

  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues, and forwarding them to the appropriate teams

  • Building relationships with customers and representing the company as the primary point of contact

  • Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to deliver prompt solutions

What you need to excel as a Technical Advisor:

  • Native-level German + fluent English (B2 level)

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • A team player, enthusiastic, and able to work independently

  • A proven customer-oriented mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a cooperative approach
