What You’ll Be Doing

Stay updated with product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful solutions.

Requirements
Native or fluent German, with a strong command of English.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
