What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by:

• Managing incoming user requests and providing expert assistance.

• Resolving technical issues that require advanced knowledge and expertise.

• Assisting with customer inquiries regarding specialized products like Soundtouch & Bose Music.

• Continuously expanding your knowledge of user-specific applications.

• Keeping customers informed on the status of their requests and providing timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in German, with an advanced level of English.

• Excellent customer care and problem-solving skills.

• High technical knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products.

• Comfortable using both Windows and Mac environments.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in technical support.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable.
