What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by:
Managing incoming user requests and providing expert assistance.
Resolving technical issues that require advanced knowledge and expertise.
Assisting with customer inquiries regarding specialized products like Soundtouch & Bose Music.
Continuously expanding your knowledge of user-specific applications.
Keeping customers informed on the status of their requests and providing timely resolutions.

Requirements
Native or fluent in German, with an advanced level of English.
Excellent customer care and problem-solving skills.
High technical knowledge in Signal Path Connectivity, Wireless Networking, Live Music, and Audiovisual products.
Comfortable using both Windows and Mac environments.
A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in technical support.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and be adaptable.
