Customer Support for Streaming Platform (Dutch Speaker)
Job description
Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Support for Streaming Platform will be:
Assisting customers via phone, email & chat
Providing product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)
Collecting and maintaining customer data
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
You have a near-native level of Dutch and a high level of English
You have good customer support skills
You have an interest in the sports field
You are punctual and reliable
