Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (English and Spanish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be:

  • Collaborating with managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics

  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies via job boards, social media, networks, and industry events to engage candidates

  • Conducting comprehensive candidate assessments for skills, qualifications, and cultural alignment

  • Managing candidate pipelines and ATS to streamline recruitment and ensure accurate records

  • Enhancing employer branding in collaboration with HR, positioning the medical devices firm as a preferred industry employer

  • Participating in events and networking to build a robust talent pool and stay updated on industry trends

  • Providing recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost, and source efficacy, for informed decision-making

  • Guiding offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Fostering relationships with external agencies and vendors

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You speak a English and Spanish fluently

  • You hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field

  • You have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry

  • You are based in Barcelona

  • You have in-depth knowledge Linkedin

  • Recruiting experience for marketing or sales positions is desirable

  • You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members

  • You have experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools

  • You have excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

  • You are proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing recruitment priorities and business needs
