Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Representative will be:

• Assist B2B customers with incoming problems

• Enroll small and medium-sized businesses on a top e-commerce platform

• Contact B2C users and potential B2B clients by phone and email.

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers to secure B2B registrations

• Confirming the identity and legitimacy of registered individuals and companies by requesting necessary documents

• Encouraging inactive account holders to explore and utilize platform features.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A native command of the Italian language and a C1 level of the English language

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Comfortable working with targets and willingness to compete and win

• Sales and objective driven attitude

• Ability to create and close business 

• Living in or willing to move to Greece for an international career and life experience
