As the Sales Manager - Country Opener, you will lead market entry and growth for Spain and neighboring South of France. You will spearhead sales operations, build a high-performing sales team, and establish a strong presence for the brand. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, leadership skills, and a strong drive to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the country launch strategy, including market research and identifying key opportunities.
  • Build, lead, and manage a powerhouse sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients and partners in the agricultural and forestry sectors.
  • Promote platform, ensuring customers understand the value of our products and services.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align business strategies.
  • Take full ownership of sales targets, pipelines, and market expansion efforts.
  • Regularly travel within the country and abroad to meet clients and partners.
