Your responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative:
- Reach out to small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients across the Swedish market via outbound calls and emails
- Identify prospects and generate qualified sales leads for the Cloud Solutions sales team
- Understand business needs and recommend the most suitable cloud products and services
- Educate clients on new features, tools, and upgrades
- Assist with minor setup issues or escalate technical questions to the appropriate teams
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively position solutions
- Track your pipeline and performance against KPIs and quota
What you need to succeed:
- Native-level Swedish and C1 level of English
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role
- Familiarity with cloud software, CRM tools, or digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
- Basic technical literacy and confidence using multiple tools
- A degree in business, IT, or a related field is a plus
