Sales Development Representative in Athens (Swedish Speaker)

Your responsibilities as a Sales Development Representative:
  • Reach out to small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients across the Swedish market via outbound calls and emails
  • Identify prospects and generate qualified sales leads for the Cloud Solutions sales team
  • Understand business needs and recommend the most suitable cloud products and services
  • Educate clients on new features, tools, and upgrades
  • Assist with minor setup issues or escalate technical questions to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively position solutions
  • Track your pipeline and performance against KPIs and quota
 
What you need to succeed:
  • Native-level Swedish and C1 level of English
  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with cloud software, CRM tools, or digital platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-driven, organized, and proactive mindset
  • Basic technical literacy and confidence using multiple tools
  • A degree in business, IT, or a related field is a plus
