Job Title: Export Business Developer

Location: Hybrid Barcelona, Spain
Reports To: Managing Director

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality textiles for the hospitality and collective sectors, including hotels, hospitals, and industrial laundries. With over 60 years of experience, the company delivers personalized and durable products made from the finest materials. Currently, the company seeks a talented Export Business Developer to join the team and enhance international sales capabilities, focusing on expanding the network in France, Switzerland, and Germany.

Job Summary: 

The Sales Agent Developer will design, develop, and implement effective sales strategies and tools to build a robust network of sales agents outside Spain. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to optimize sales processes, develop training materials, and support the overall efficiency of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Network Expansion: Identify, recruit, and develop sales agents in France, Switzerland, and Germany. Build a strong international sales network.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement innovative sales strategies and tools for international markets.
  • Training & Support: Create and conduct training programs for international sales agents, enhancing their skills and product knowledge.
  • CRM Management: Oversee the use and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate data entry and utilization by international agents.
  • Sales Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices and new technologies as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and support for international sales initiatives.
  • Client Engagement: Assist in developing strategies for client acquisition and retention in the targeted countries. Engage with key clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development, agent network, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant sales software.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Spanish and/or German is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the textile or hospitality services industry.
  • Knowledge of advanced sales techniques and methodologies.
