Digital Marketing Specialist (Spanish Speaker)

Your responsibilities and impact working as a Digital Marketing Specialist will be:

  • Roll out central digital marketing strategies while tailoring them to fit local needs

  • Execute local digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with the global strategy and work in harmony with other markets

  • Identify and pursue innovative lead generation opportunities to drive business growth

  • Oversee and update content within the CMS to boost website traffic and improve conversion rates

  • Contribute to content briefings for specific market segments to ensure targeted and effective communication

  • Conduct website analysis, performance monitoring, and KPI reporting, utilizing tools such as PowerBI and GA4 for potential assessments

  • Track digital performance against KPIs, produce reports, and make necessary adjustments to achieve targets

  • Design, execute, and evaluate impactful digital marketing campaigns—such as newsletters, email marketing, and landing pages—to drive online B2B sales and engagement

  • Perform data analysis and extract actionable insights using a range of analytics tools

  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing projects

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, incorporating process optimization to enhance customer loyalty

  • Develop and refine email campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive lead generation

  • Expand the B2B online shop quota through the implementation of effective digital strategies

  • Understand the requirements, goals, and challenges of our customer groups to tailor marketing efforts for maximum impact

  • Monitor market trends and incorporate relevant insights into marketing strategies

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of Digital Marketing experience

  • You have a native/bilingual level of Spanish and a professional proficiency level of English. Proficiency in French is preferred but not required

  • You have strong analytical skills with attention to detail 

  • You have experience in the Spanish local market 

  • You have the ability to work independently
