Customer Service for Coffee Brand (French Speaker)

Join an exciting, fast-paced team as a Customer Service agent for the French Market, where you’ll represent a global leader in coffee and ensure customers enjoy an exceptional journey from start to finish.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service agent will include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their inquiries and needs.

  • Providing solutions through First Contact Resolution to minimize escalations or follow-ups.

  • Representing the brand with enthusiasm and in-depth knowledge of its products and services.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Language skills: Native-level French and a minimum B2 level in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role (preferred but not required).

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

  • With accommodation (shared flat with all bills included): 1,050€ gross/month.

  • Without accommodation: 1,305€ gross/month.

  • Reimbursement for your flight to Lisbon (after 9 months).

  • A yearly round-trip flight to visit family and friends (within Europe).
