Our client, a leading luxury automotive brand, is seeking Customer Expert to be the first point of contact for their discerning clientele. As a Customer Expert, you will be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression on the customer.
Your Responsibilities as a Customer Expert:
Act as the first point of contact for customers, representing the brand with professionalism and empathy.
Provide tailored support to resolve customer concerns while maintaining and enhancing customer relationships.
Contribute to the expansion and improvement of the Customer Interaction Center by offering creative and constructive input.
Ensure that every customer interaction is a positive experience that reflects the luxury status of the brand.

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
Native level of German and a proficient level of English.
At least 1 year of experience in luxury customer service or the hotel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
Structured, well-organized, and able to handle tasks efficiently.
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
