Business Growth Specialist (German Speaker)

As a Business Growth Specialist for the DACH Market, you will play a key role in driving the success of a well-established global brand. From lead generation to closing deals and onboarding, this position offers you the opportunity to manage the full sales cycle and make a tangible impact on merchant growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Full Sales Cycle:
Conduct market research, identify leads, initiate outreach (primarily via cold calls), close deals, and onboard new clients during their first three months.
Lead Generation:
Independently generate and qualify leads to grow your client portfolio.
Territory Management:
Focus on merchant accounts within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), working with businesses of various sizes and industries.
Merchant Growth:
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, re-engage former clients, and provide consultations to optimize deals, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Problem-Solving:
Act as a trusted advisor for merchants, addressing campaign-related issues and providing tailored solutions.
Business Insight:
Gain a deep understanding of each merchant’s business model, services, target audience, competitive advantages, and revenue drivers.
