We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join a leading company in the textile sector, specializing in the production and distribution of high-quality products such as bed linens, duvet covers, personalized towels, and other textiles tailored for hospitality and institutional clients. With over 60 years of experience and a strong presence in the market, the company is expanding its reach in key regions.

As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships in the textile industry.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, focusing on industries such as hospitality, industrial laundries, wholesalers, hospitals, elderly care facilities, and other related sectors.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing deals, while ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement tailored commercial strategies to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

  • Client Visits: Conduct regular in-person meetings with existing and prospective clients, building strong, long-term partnerships.

  • Pipeline Management: Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed performance goals.

  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about trends and opportunities in the textile market and related industries to provide innovative solutions for clients.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the textile industry or related fields (e.g., hospitality, industrial laundries).

  • Sales Skills: Proven expertise in managing the full sales cycle, with a strong background in prospecting, negotiating, and fostering client loyalty.

  • Language: Fluency in Spanish is a must; additional languages are a plus.

  • Location: Based in Madrid region, with a willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.

  • Personal Attributes: Competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently.
