Technical Support for Digital Entertainment Industry (German Speaker)
Job description
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for addressing escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to products and services for a well renamed entertainment brand. Your primary duties will involve investigating complex cases, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and standard's.
Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Support Agent will be:
- Address escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to products and services.
- Conduct thorough investigations into escalated cases, analyze data, and identify root causes for appropriate solutions.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to understand concerns and deliver timely resolutions.
- Make informed decisions based on company policies, product knowledge, and customer needs.
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A native-level proficiency in German and a minimum C1 level of English
- A valid Portuguese work permit (required)
- Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience
- Motivation and commitment to perform the assigned tasks effectively
