We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join the team of one of our international clients, focusing on the DACH region. In this role, you are responsible for expanding our presence by collaborating with Audio Video System Integrators and promoting our cutting-edge solutions to end users.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Manager will be:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to drive revenue growth
• Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with clients
• Attend and organize promotional events to increase our company's visibility
• Analyze market trends and reports to assess potential for business growth 
• Build a robust database of potential clients through utilizing lead generation tools
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline through the CRM system.
• Travel to meet customers across the DACH region

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• A natural talent for sales and a knack for building strong relationships
• Native level of German and C1 level of English
• Exceptional persuasion skills, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities
• Capacity to work autonomously and independently
• Problem-solving mindset, capable of overcoming challenges
• Patience and tact in handling customer negotiations
