Your responsibilities and impact as a Production Support Intern will be:

  • Assist in identifying customer-driven issues and translating them into improvements for all digital web applications.
  • Support as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing incoming issues and requirements for digital product applications.
  • Help set up, test, and verify promotions for customers within the promotion engine.
  • Monitor e-commerce and infrastructure KPIs using their monitoring systems, and support the team in initiating further actions and processes to understand the implications between issues and their impact on customers.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by understanding, prioritizing, and estimating the impact of issues on both customers and the business.
  • Assist as a proactive incident manager, ensuring transparent communication within their emergency channels.
  • Help ensure high product quality by participating in periodic tests
  • Work with web analysis, product management, and user experience teams, to create a customer-centered shopping experience.

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or higher degree in technical, commercial studies, or a comparable field.
  • Some experience in a support role, ideally in e-commerce or related to digital projects, is a plus.
  • Passionate about evaluating and solving problems with attention to detail.
  • Eager to continuously learn and broaden your knowledge.
  • Hands-on, service-oriented, and customer-driven.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (German or Spanish is a plus)
