Customer Support Specialist (German)

They are now offering a new career opportunity in Ostrava to work with a project for one of the most famous telecommunication companies in the world.
The Job.
The main Customer Support Specialist’s role is delivering an exceptional experience to customers by providing clear guidance and the most suitable solutions via phone and email. Responsibilities include:
- Constant communication with customers and managing their inquiries in English and German
- Updating the database with the latest information regularly
- Problem solving and escalations
- Meeting monthly performance targets
The Profile.
- You are fluent in German and English
- You hold High school education
- You have a customer-oriented approach with great listening skills
- You have good computer knowledge and you are familiar with IT
- Customer service experience is considered as a plus

- Possibility to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night) or have regular work hours (9:00 – 18:00, from Monday to Friday)
