Customer Service Agent in Pharma Industry (German Speaker)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our pharmacy project team in Porto. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Technische/r Assistent/in = pharmaceutical technical assistant).
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 2.207€ gross/month
Excluding accommodation: 2.586€ gross/month
(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our pharmacy project team in Porto. In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Pharma Advisor will be:
- Contact via live chat, phone, E-mails, webforms or Social 1:1
- Communication with Pharmacists and Health Care professionals
- Management of consumer requests relating to information and complaints
- Providing excellent solutions, and service
- Providing product advice in a professional, precise and timely manner
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Proficiency in the German language, with a minimum of C1 level
- English language level of B2
- Experience of at least 1 year working in a pharmacy in Germany,
pharmaceutical commercial assistant) or PCA (Pharmazeutisch
Technische/r Assistent/in = pharmaceutical technical assistant).
- Exceptional communication skills, a strong sense of empathy, and a keen focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
- Solid IT skills, including efficiently utilising reporting tools for customer interactions.
- Willingness and availability to work flexible shift
What’s in it for you?
- Type of contract: a long-term fixed-term contract, renewable every year
- Working hours: full-time (40h/week)
- Monday to Sunday, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule (8:00-20:00)
Salary conditions (*) – 2 options:
Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 2.207€ gross/month
Excluding accommodation: 2.586€ gross/month
(*) Compensation during the training period if successful (from 1 to 4 weeks): 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)
For international candidates:
