• Leading a small, international team of Billing Specialists
• Overseeing the full cycle of billing and invoice processes 
• Oversee the complete billing and invoice lifecycle
• Monitor account statuses and balances, swiftly identifying any inconsistencies
• Collaborate with finance and administrative departments to rectify any discrepancies and ensure accurate issuance
• Provide comprehensive reports to management on billing activity, furnishing them with reliable and pertinent data
• Introduce new processes, tools, and best practices while offering ongoing support to the team
• Work closely with relevant departments on Finance Improvement projects

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar senior or managerial capacity
• Proficiency in English and native/bilingual proficiency in Italian
• Prior experience in billing or administrative roles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• The ability to thrive under pressure and take initiative
