Your responsibilities and impact as a Airport Representative:

• Be the welcoming face that greets guests at the airport
• Provide personalized on-site advice and assistance to guests
• Guide and advise guests based on their individual needs
• Coordinate and organize individual travel plans
• Assist guests with booking adjustments, cancellations, or new reservations
• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction throughout their journey

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Proficiency in German (C1) and strong English skills (B2+)
• Eagerness to travel, experience diverse cultures, and collaborate with international colleagues
• Openness to living in one of Turkey's renowned holiday spots

• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to relocate to Turkey
• Possession of a Turkish passport OR Turkish work permit and Mavi Card
