For one of our client, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a French speaking Tender Assistant.

The Job.

Being part of the Tender team of France you will support Tender Specialists on their daily activities through participating to request for quotation answers. Your main tasks include:

– Participate to tender responses along with Tender Specialists
– Communicate on signed preferred supplier agreement (PSA) including update of templates
– Formalize key client’s reports

Your Profile.

– You have an excellent level of French and English (up to native)
– You have previous B2B experience ideally as an Assistant for support functions
– You have excellent writing and presentation skills
– You have excellent communication skills
– You have strong analytical skills
– You are multitasking, professional and pro-active
– You have a hard worker mentality
