Your responsibilities and impact working as a Digital & Media Executive in Paid Social will be:

As the subject matter expert on all things regarding paid social within the Digital & Media Team you will be responsible for executing and shaping the paid social strategy for their 13 markets in Europe.

• Shaping the digital media and paid social strategy on Linkedin, Facebook and TikTok
• Optimizing social media channels with SEO
• Take part in shaping a regional and European paid social strategy 
• Working closely with two main campaigns in order to have new candidate and business development 
• Manage all social ad and media accounts
• Working together with the agencies and the internal stakeholders in order to contribute to the development of online projects
• Being the go-to person for all digital and media inquiries
• Liaising between teams and external clients to identify and formulate business needs 
• Being the first point of contact for external and internal paid social 
• Taking care of internal administration and reporting on each campaign

• You have 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including social paid campaigns
• You have past experience with Google Analytics and PowerBI
• You have a business proficient level of English, any other European language is a plus
• You hold a degree in marketing-related studies
• You have strong analytical skills, are focused and you have an eye for attention
• You are comfortable in working with Excel, and enjoy working with numbers
