For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant with international background.
 

The Job.

In this role you will be supporting Order to Cash department along with the Billing and Compliance team:
  – Manage clients’ master data
  – Assisting Billing and Compliance team in their daily tasks
  – Manage vendors’ request forms
  – Coordinating actions with internal teams
  – Create and manage invoices
 

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English and French (written/spoken)
– You have a Business or Legal Degree or equivalent
– You have a good knowledge of Excel and Outlook
– You are rigorous and detail oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You are responsible and have the ability to take ownership on your tasks
– You have superb communication skills
– You are a team player
