1. Which data do we store?

Blu Selection is only storing data of the applicant which are relevant for
finding and contacting you with appropriate job positions. These include:

– Full Name
– Email Address
– Phone Number
– Current Location
– CV

2. Why are we storing your data?

Blu Selection is storing your personal data mentioned in (1) in order to contact
you and share with you information about our client’s job openings, which could
match at best your profile and interest.

3. How long do we keep your data?

We will keep your submitted personal data as long as we are receiving new openings
from our clients which we can share with you.

4. What are your rights in accessing your data?

You have the right to contact us anytime to update your personal data by sending
an email to ico@bluselection.com.
If you want to know which data we are currently storing from you, please also send
a request to ico@bluselection.com.

5. Do you want your data to be deleted?

Our applicants have the right to be forgotten. Just send an email to
ico@bluselection.com with the subject : Remove Personal Data and
your full name. We will delete your data immediately and send you a
confirmation email.

6. Who has access to your personal data?

The data will be stored into our internal database and only our
recruitment team has access to them. We will not share any personal data
with third parties. We will only present your data to our clients after
having received your (oral or written) consent to do so.
